Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 months of Growth plan completely free, with no credit card required. You can stop at any time or continue with the Growth plan after the trial period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will apply to your next billing cycle.
What are Blueprints and Records?
Blueprints are your content models that define the structure of your data. Records are the actual content entries you create using these Blueprints. For example, a Blog Post Blueprint can have multiple Blog Post Records.
How are AI Chatbot conversations counted?
One conversation is one visitor session on your website, however many messages it holds. Conversations you start from the preview in Settings are free. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month; once it is used up, new visitors see your offline message while those already chatting can finish. Need more? Add extra conversations at 49€ per 100 per month, on any plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and can arrange alternative payment methods for Enterprise customers.
